US Nuclear Regulatory Commission Info Session
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission might be the best employer you've never heard of! We have an important safety, security, and environmental mission as the regulator of all civilian uses of radioactive materials. This means nuclear power plants operating in 28 states, but also 18,000 radioactive materials users licensed by both the NRC and 39 State partners. Our engineers, scientists, and support staff make sure we make good regulatory decisions and keep the agency running smoothly. We're hiring hundreds of people to close skill gaps and regulate technologies of the future in advanced reactors, fusion energy, and nuclear medicine, to name a few. If you join our team for a summer or an entry-level position, you may well stay your whole career--people love it that much.
