Individuals in the program spend three years on rotations across the country and contribute to critical projects. Those on-the-job assignments are supplemented by mentoring and professional development activities with a high degree of senior management visibility. Qualifications MS or PhDs majoring in Aerospace, Bioengineering, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Fire Protection, Materials, Mechanical, Reliability, Systems, or Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science Graduation date between Dec. 2024 - Dec. 2025 3.0+ GPA U.S. Citizen
