The Clark School's Women in Engineering Program will be featured on a radio talk show tomorrow, Saturday, May 16, 2009, at 8 a.m.

Alana Johnson, coordinator for recruitment and outreach will be talking with Cynthia Hammond Davis, president and founder of "Light of the City," a non-profit organization that helps students attain educational and career goals.

Discussion topics will include women in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) fields, program opportunities for pre-college students and MAGiC, the National Girls Collaborative Project for the Mid-Atlantic region.

In the Washington DC area, the show will be available on 1450 AM. Outside of the Washington, D.C., area, it is possible to listen live at www.wolam.com (registration required in order to listen to the show).

Typical guests include college admissions representatives, career technical schools and professionals in the workplace.

Listeners can call in with questions by dialing 1-800-450-7876 during the show, between 8 and 9 a.m.
